Yummy Avocado mixture for your hair!

I love Avocados! but they aren't just for eating! wahaha, I love using them for my hair, skin, and ..for a bomb ass snack! lol.

Recipe:

1 Avocado

(or 2 depending on how long your hair is or how thick.)

1 Egg

Olive Oil

Vanilla Yogurt

(or you can use plain/regular)

Step 1) Mixing.

Mix Avocado pieces until a medium sized bowl, egg, yogurt and then a splash of olive oil.
If you have a whisk you can use that or just use a fork & a spoon.
Make sure you mix it really well so it's nice and creamy not thick and lumpy!

after it's creamy add a tiny bit more of olive oil and keep mixing it. Then your mixture is made!

I've added a bit of honey into the mix but that's up to you.

Step 2) Preparing your hair.

rinse your hair really good. don't leave any dry spots of your hair.
then seperate your hair into sections it doesn't matter how big or small.. it's up to you

Step 3) Apply the mixture.

Apply the mixture onto the sections and massage the mixture in. Make sure you
your hair is fully covered with all of the mixture before you think you're done.
If you don't have enough just make more but you should have enough mixture.

If your hair is covered with the mix then use the rest on your face.. your face will turn
out nice and smooth.. :)

Step 4) Waiting.
wait a good 20-25 minutes before taking the mix off let that mixture sink in your hair.

if you're applying it on your face as well you can leave it in for the same amount of time.

Step 5) Rinsing.

rinse your hair, but with warm water. don't use hot water. after it's out of your hair..some of the
ingredients will still be in your hair so just use a shampoo to really get all of the remaining ingredients out of your hair.
then you can add conditioner! remember..conditioner is good for your hair!

Step 6) Drying.

Blow dry or air dry, whichever. You should notice your hair is softer, mosturized and hopefully shiny!

Basic Hair Care Tips

Spazz's Hair Care Tips:

*Cholesterol

A lot of stores have special 'cholesterol' creams for your hair. I've found that they work really great. Usually the directions tell you to wash your hair with it.. I wash my hair with the cholesterol cream and my shampoo & conditioner. My hair comes out nice and soft. This type of product is for dry or damaged hair. The thing that I do is I wash my hair with that cream and then afterwards I put a few dabs on my hair after so it's extra soft & healthy. So when I'm styling my hair I add some onto my hair. It works real nice so I definitely recommend getting some type of cholesterol cream for your hair.

*Conditioner

Make sure you use conditioner after you wash your hair with shampoo! Conditioner makes such a difference! I don't recommend using the 2 in 1 shampoo/conditoner product .to me it's ONLY shampoo. Use conditioner! It's real good for your hair. It gives it protection, it moisturizes it, it adds shine.. etc.

*Blow drying

A lot of people have NO time to just sit and let their hair naturally 'air dry' so a lot of people resort to just blow drying for the quick way to finish up their hair. So if you do blow dry your hair just make sure to use a setting that is not too hot. It's really bad for your hair. Don't let it stand in one position on your hair.. if you'd like to have healthy hair just remember that.

Gel, Spray...whatever

If you do use these for your hair try not to use a lot! A lot of stores have non-alcohol gel and hair spray so try getting those instead.

more to come!
